TOTAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

► Qualified Service Technician will examine, adjust, clean, lubricate, check control action, repair in-house or on-site, and/or calibrate equipment

► Emergency service is provided 8 hours/day, 5 days/week for no additional cost

► Emergency service to keep all covered equipment in operation with new or reconditioned parts

► Supplies such as charts, pens, and parts provided at no additional cost

► When conditions warrant J&W will repair/replace worn parts 

► Calibration Only

► Customer specifies frequency and tolerances

► Rate based on labor & mileage.  Any material is an additional cost.
